As a retail company we have very strict guidelines and have to maintain a level of hygiene. This means that all returns must be un used. if the top elastic has been cut off your returns will be void. We please kindly ask that you check the colour and length before removing the elastic to make sure you are happy with the hair. All returns need to be made within 14days of receiving. please understand all guidelines are directed from the government and also OHS reasons. REFUNDS
please note there will be No refunds given if the seal is broken or the hair has been used.
All hair has a 2 week cooling off period and if there is something you are not happy with and it needs to be addressed so please send an email with all details and images.
please note if your hair is compromised/damaged it is not recommended to have extensions installed.
please see a professional hair extension stylist to have hair installed properly.
please use hydrating shampoo and conditioner. Avoid repair/ strong protein hair products as the longevity of the hair with be compromised and may cause damage.
This Also applies to coloured/purple shampoos/ conditioners.
If a colour service was performed on the hair please note we take no responsibility of the hair. they are not recommended to be coloured. please colour match over colouring.
